La serata è stata caratterizzata da omaggi e tributi live. Da George Michael a Prince, con Bruno Mars e i Time che  hanno riproposto classici come Jungle Love, The Bird e Let's Go Crazy. Demi Lovato ha guidato la performance per celebrare il quarantennale di Saturday Night Fever dei Bee Gees, mentre John Legend si è esibito al piano per ricordare le tante star del mondo della musica scomparse nel 2016. Lady Gaga ha duettato insieme ai Metallica.

Adele vince il Grammy Award per 25, premi anche a David Bowie
Los Angeles - Incetta di premi per Adele e il suo 25. che ha vinto il Grammy Award come miglior album dell’anno. “Hello” ha vinto il Record of the year e il Best Song of the year. Ha dedicato la vittoria a Beyoncé, che si è presentata in attesa di due gemelli. Ultrasexy anche in gravidanza, con un abito rosso dalla scollatura abissale, un collier di brillanti grandi come nocciole, Beyoncé ha ringraziato commossa, sussurrando all’amica-collega un “I love you” che ha scatenato una standing ovation.

“Le donne sono più sensibili degli uomini. Stanno vivendo un momento importante in vari settori musicali: rock, blues, soul, jazz.
